At Shopegreen, your satisfaction is our main priority. We believe in our products and know that you will love them as much as we do. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from us, simply return them to us within ten (10) days of the original invoice date and we'll give you a full refund (less shipping and handling fees).
Please follow the steps listed below to ensure your return/exchange is properly completed:
- Complete and submit the Return/Exchange Authorization Form (RMA) below.
- A Return Authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
- Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
- Once returned items are received, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.
Leaving out any of the steps outlined above could result in processing delays.
Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days.
